Eos Group is happy to announce the latest release of Eos Navigator version 3.5, our next-generation estimate management system.
This release of Eos Navigator includes these new features:
- Activity management
This release of Navigator includes the new activity management feature for creating and tracking activities. Activities are designed to track work during the execution of a project. Examples of activities include Excavate trench, Site inspection, and Erect structural steel. - Activity schedule
Navigator 3.5 introduces embedded scheduling to visualize activities for a project using traditional milestones and bars. It provides options for grouping and filtering activities for a specific project, as well as specifying whether relationships display in the schedule. You can define the information that appears in labels and how colors are applied in the schedule using layouts for the new Activity Schedule. - Portfolio project schedule
Use the new Project Schedule panel to visualize the distribution of a portfolio of projects over time. Projects for the selected node in the navigation pane or projects selected in the Project Collection panel can be included in the Project Schedule panel, depending on how it’s configured for your company.
Eos Navigator 3.5 also provides numerous enhancements to existing features:
- Include unused grouping nodes in the navigation pane
- Expanded panel association options
- Apply default values to system list fields and type-specific fields
- Ability to lock/unlock tasks
