JBKnowledge released their 2017 Construction Technology report, which covers software in use, mobile strategies, and other business aspects of the construction industry. The data is based on over 2,600 responses from professionals across the industry, with estimating being the primary role of the respondees.
Sage Estimating came in at the top of the list for estimating software in use with a 4% increase from 2016. OnScreen Takeoff also dominated the takeoff software in use for the year, maintaining its lead from 2016. If you don’t have time to read the entire 79-page report, just review pages 44-45.
